Every customer can access and download their own transaction history. You can also review the active bets and recently settled bets in your bet slip.
W-2 G forms are mailed to our customers at the beginning of every year. If you have not received your form by the end of February, or you have misplaced this document, you can pull your transaction history from your account using the steps below.
If you need transaction history from more than 12 months back, click the ‘Support’ bubble in the bottom right corner to get help from our Customer Support team.
All your deposits, withdrawals, and balance adjustments can be found in the Transaction History of your account.
To see your transaction history, open “MY Account” in the bottom right, then select "Transaction History."
From here, you can edit your search criteria and find your transactions.
If you need something that is too old and is not reflecting here, please reach out to Customer Support.
To see your current bets, go to the bottom of the page and select "My Bets."
You will then see a screen showing all of your current open bets and any cash out options you have.
